In Austin, I was also a Realtor® and guided people to buy, sell, and rent residential homes; and I helped builders invest in unimproved land and investment properties.
The Pursuit of Happiness
On my daily dog walks in Hyde Park, I have an inclination for identifying types of local American Architecture. I love a good American Foursquare or "Prarie Box" styled home, characterized by a square or rectangular floor plan/facade and influenced by post-Victorian, the 1900s, or Edwardian area tastes. Cincinnati has a beautiful share of them in its many unique neighborhoods.
As a former teacher and someone who has made significant moves personally, I maintain a caring approach & utilize communication skills to address needs with a unique perspective.
I moved to Cincinnati to manifest my pursuit of happiness, and I have found the city to be more than I had hoped.
